Been visually impaired I have found that Shotokan Karate has helped my self confidence, self esteem, self motivation and balance. Sensei is a great teacher and knows how to get the most from us all. It’s a group of all ages and all abilities which again is great as you learn from the higher grades also . If you'r thinking of trying I would say definitely try it just maybe right for you as it was for me 😁
