Adaptive Fighting Arts (AFA) is a friendly martial arts club teaching all aspects of the Filipino Martial Arts and Jeet Kune Do. We focus on fun but functional training to ensure that the techniques will work under pressure.
We create an atmosphere where everyone helps and supports each other to get better, no ego's, just good, honest training.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Adaptive Fighting Arts:
Classes
7 pm - 8 pm Filipino Martial Arts
8 pm - 9 pm Jeet Kune Do
Classes are for all levels, beginners welcome. 16 years +
