Having studied several martial arts in different parts of the globe I can honestly say that this is by far the best dojo that I have had the privilege to be a part of. The instruction is both informative and imaginative in equal measure, all within a relaxed learning environment and delivered by a highly experienced sensei who has an unerring ability to bring the intricacies of Aikido to life, balancing humour with a deeply professional approach.

After moving from Bristol to Abingdon, I have been searching for new Aikido dojo. Search in the 'neighbourhood' wasn't very successful. I have a young family and I really don't have time to waste. Just a place to practice Aikido would not work for me. Fortunately my former sensei recommended this dojo. After first few minutes through the first training I knew my search is over. People are great and the teaching is just mind blowing. I strongly recommended it to everybody. The experienced people can find depths of Aikido they may have never knew and the beginners can progress with astonishing pace.

Friendly atmosphere, very relaxed and good bunch of students. The teacher is very experienced and students make good progress. As a woman, I found that I can easily practice with much stronger men, and it really makes no difference. Has to be tried to be believed - it's awesome!

I've finally found the instruction I've craved for. Every lesson leaves me inspired. A fantastic atmosphere with all students working together to understand this beautiful art. Don't waste any more time, join us now.

Great instruction for all levels of students - beginners and advanced alike. This is a traditional dojo with a relaxed atmosphere where the students are committed to helping one another. Very experienced instructor who has travelled the world and trained with many of the top Aikidoka of their generation.
