Aikido Seishin Kai Stoke
Aikido is a tradition martial art , using throws and locks to perform self defence. Aikido's movements are derived from Samurai principles, and the weapons content of the practice is with a wooden sword (bokken) and wooden staff (Jyo).
Aikido is suitable for All. Once the principles are realised and harmony is felt, it removes the distinctions between the young and old, large and small, men and women.
Aikido trains both the mind and body, leading to greater awareness of self and the world around us.
