The training principles contained within the system lead the student to develop self-defence techniques for use in a variety of armed and unarmed situations. The student will train with a range of traditional self-defence, freestyle sparring and weapons techniques. Each student is encouraged to develop the elements of Ju Jutsu that works best for them. This will depend on each student’s own strength, size, speed and application to training.
In essence, as we progress through our Martial Arts training we should seek to find an approach that works best for ourselves. we make no pretensions about being the best Martial Art or having all the answers, but are willing and open to learn from any one and any style.
