My son started training with Adam Beattie in September 2014 and has made fantastic progress, despite having a movement disorder which makes it very difficult for him to keep still, and to concentrate. One of the assistant instructors has an interest in helping kids who need that bit of extra attention and it has really made all the difference. It is giving my son loads of confidence and a sense of achievement. Definitely recommend this school!

I have been taught by Adam at both Amersham and his Beaconsfield school for over 5 years and have achieved both my 1st Degree and 2nd Degree Black Belts with him (as well as most of my colour belts as well). His knowledge of Tae Kwon Do and his ability to teach people of all ages and sizes simultaneously inspired me into becoming an instructor myself and even now I learn something from every lesson and continue to enjoy my training.

With 3 boys who are always fighting & arguing, I needed to find a way for them to release their energy and learn how to control it. Tae kwon Do helps them to focus, listen to instructions and control their body movements. My boys are also competitive so they are very much motivated to do what is required to get the next colour belt. Also the bonus is they learn how to defend themselves & attack if the situation arises.

My 10 year old son and I both joined at the same time and instantly got so much support from our fellow students. Everyone is there to learn and help each other improve. A great class that we both love going to. I would definitely recommend it.

After watching my 3 children in class I was eventually persuaded to have a go myself. 3 years on and we're still all going! Great atmosphere, an excellent way for families to enjoy a sport together.

My eldest son has been learning with Adam for a few years and the difference in his fitness level and confidence is significant. The atmosphere is friendly but disciplined, mixed ages and abilities, and both my boys, aged 13 and 10 really enjoy it.
