Ju Jitsu's history can br traced backover 2000 years and uses a combination of strikes locks and throws. It is a total self defense system. Our club is a member of the World Ju Jitsu Federation and benifits from a wealth of knowledge from highly professional instructors. Classes for beginner and advanced students take place every Sunday. Juniors aged 5+ commence at 1100hrs and run for 1 hour. Seniors 16+ commence at 1100hrs and finish at 1300hrs All are welcome regardless of age or physical condition. Ju jitsu caters for students of all abilities, so regardless if you want to improve your fitness, learn to defend yourself or work towards gaining a blackbelt, or just having some fun, why not come and join us, you may surprise yourself.
