Arroyo Martial Arts Academy was founded by me, Julio Cesar Castro Carmenate, to provide Martial Arts training and fitness instruction for young and not so young people in the Flintshire areas.
I am Black Belt 6th Dan in Shotokan Ryu and Kairon Ryu. I also have a Black Belt 3rd Dan in Jujitsu and I am Kru in Muay Thai.
I have a Sports Science Degree and qualifications in Personal Training, Gym Instruction, Zumba ® and Massage. I'm also CRB certified and fully insured.
