The Arun Aikido Club was founded in 1992 by Sensei Tony J. Wilden 5th Dan who has been studying aikido since 1985. Tony is also a pressure point self defence instructor, which he studied intensely in 2010.
Arun Aikido Club offer traditional aikido classes on Thursdays juniors 6-7.30 pm (aged 7-17) and adults 7.30-9.15 pm (aged 18-70). Tony also offers Self Defence Seminars and Private Lessons on Sunday evenings. For full details please visit... www.aikido-health.com

Sundays - 6:15-9:15 pm - Private Lessons/Self Defence Seminars (18+ years)
Thursdays - 6.00-7.30 pm - Junior Aikido classes (7-17 years)
Thursdays - 7.30-9.00 pm - Adult Aikido Classes (18-70 years)
