Train with 3rd Dan Sensei John, covering Kata, Kumite and Self Defence - as well as improving personal fitness, confidence, respect and awareness.
Very competitive rates, first session FREE - all levels of fitness and experience welcome.

Goju Ryu Traditional Karate
Thursday evenings:
Juniors (aged 8 - 14yrs approx) 6:00 - 6:50 pm
Adults (Approx aged 15yrs and above, depending on size and experience) 7:00 - 8:30PM
Juniors - £20 Per Month (Direct Debit)
Adults - £30 Per Month (Direct Debit)
The club Instructor is DBS cleared and insured
AKA Club Membership Form required on completion of the free session.
