We are a practically focussed karate group based in Aylesbury, affiliated to the British Combat Karate Association. Our syllabus includes striking, throwing, locks and holds, and follows the traditional karate model of constantly striving to improve our art.
Grounded in Shotokan and Goju-ryu karate, with additional elements gained from instructors across styles, we take what works and discard what doesn't to provide a pragmatic, useable system of karate for self-defence.
