The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at B & G Ju Jitsu:
Classes start on Tuesday night from 6.30 pm for Juniors and then 7.30 pm until 8.30 pm for Seniors.
children from 5 upwards, both boys and girls always welcome.
Seniors always welcome, both men and women, we have a number of Black belts again both male and female, for friendly positive instruction, no ego's on the mat.
