Welcome to Banbury karate centres.......We were established in 1987 and pride ourselves on being a very friendly family based group. Our senior instructor/founder is sensei Gareth Rees 6th Dan who has been training for almost 40 years and is the most senior Shukokai karate instructor in Oxfordshire. We have a very strong foundation in working basics, kata, padwork and kumite........Shukokai is accepted as being the hardest hitting karate style.

Programs & Class Schedule
