Roy Dean Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: A sophisticated grappling system, it relies on leverage, timing and proper technique to overcome larger stronger opponents, we are affiliated with the Roy Dean Academy under the guidance of Sensei Roy Dean. This program is available for men, women and teenagers 16+
