My daughter started Tae Kwondo at Beaconsfield having been inspired by the Olympics! The classes are disciplined but fun and allow all ages and levels to progress at their own pace and with confidence. It is a great class for all round fitness as well as learning new skills. Excellent instruction from Adam and Joe, would highly recommend.

My son Jack was new to this sport. He has progressed steadily through each stage with the excellent help of Adam and Joe. It teaches discipline, strength, fitness and fun. I would recommend Adam's classes to anyone

I started age 50+, having done something similar at 17. Yet welcomed, learning, improving and the teaching style is friendly and guiding.
I highly recommend this, and the associated classes.
My daughter and son started Tae Kwondo after seeing how much their friends were enjoying the sport at Beaconsfield. The classes are disciplined but fun. It’s a great way to help build fitness & strength. The instructors, Adam & Joe are excellent & I would highly recommend.
