We are part of the family of Qi Kwan Do Parisi Black Belt schools who have already been established locally for over 20 years in Hitchin, St Neots, Cambridge, St Ives, Huntingdon, Stevenage and across Hertfordshire.
We empower our students to become the best version of themselves, underpinned by certified bullying & mental health insight. Our holistic programme encourages students to live our values inside and outside the Qi Kwan Do environment and gain recognition for their endeavours.

Adult Classes / Every Saturday, 10.30 am - 11.30 am
Start your weekend the right way! Learn self defence techniques, keep fit & work towards the iconic black belt & beyond!
We teach real world self defence techniques in a fitness focused environment.
Suitable for adults aged 16+
