At its centre in Arborfield, Berkshire Tai Chi runs traditional Chinese Exercise classes for health and general well-being.
These drop-in sessions are ideal for anyone who wants the health benefits of a more intensive Tai Chi class without the commitment.
Benefits to be expected include improved posture and balance, greater leg strength, more flexibility, better co-ordination and stronger bones.
(Not suitable for people who are unable to walk unaided or to stand for the hour.)
