A great place to learn in a safe environment with quality and attention to detail, A friendly family class with a strong respect for discipline and attitude to training using plenty of training aids to develop skills minimizing risking injury.
The instructor has great knowledge and has good interaction with the class making it a fun way to learn whilst respecting tradition.
You come away always feeling you`ve worked on some area in your development and flexibility.
