Quality martial arts in a chilled atmosphere

Cool, chilled instructor with a wealth of experience
in many disciplines including kick boxing, Kung Fu
and weapons training.
Lots of equipment to use, including punch bags, speed ball, focus mitts, Thai pads, Bob XL etc etc.
Classes are small, one or two people, so you get
a real personal training session, tailored to your
needs, whatever your age or experience.
