Style Info - A brief description of the style of Karate we practice.
We have formulated my interpretation of Ashihara Karate with the added influx of everything we have done before including, Muay Thai Boxing, Tang Soo Do (Korean Karate), Aikido, Japanese Jujitsu and Wado Ryu Karate. We Practice a FULL CONTACT STYLE of Karate
The Syllabus complete consists of;
9 Kyu Level formal gradings
3 Dan Level formal gradings
(Junior Dan Grades have to spar with adults to gain Adult Dan Grade when 16 and perform Senior Kata)
4th Dan and above are technical grades
All Sparring Etc is as per Sabaki Knockdown rules
