Quite handy having the split classes of junior and adult.
No lesson is the same so no chance on getting bored.
This club isn't into using kids as cash cows which is great and the kids learn slower but more efficiently.
As an adult the classes are a little smaller but the energy is high and the students are friendly. The instructor approachable and has a fair bit of knowledge to pass on.
Would recommend this traditional And realistic martial arts club especially to those that are dedicated.
