Bognor Wing Chun was set up in 2005 by coach Paul Conway ( representative for Sifu Alan Gibson WSLVT )
I have been involved in Martial Arts since 1989 I have been involved in many Martial Arts they include/ kickboxing/ Kali/ Karate / Western Boxing. but i have been doing Wing Chun also known as Ving Tsun for 16 years.
Wing Chun does not pit strength against strength but rather uses the unique understanding of angles and sensitivity to over come a much stronger opponent.
Anyone can do Wing Chun and does not matter what fitness level.
If you want to learn I will teach you to develop many skills.
