Borderlands Grappling is a friendly and inclusive grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Ludlow, Shropshire. All our classes are taught by our Head Coach Owain Williams - a brown belt in BJJ with over 15 years of experience and an active competitor on the UK grappling scene.

We welcome everyone to come and train with us regardless of their background, fitness level or experience. Grappling is an excellent way to build confidence, get fit and learn self-defence.
