Would highly recommend to anybody interested in martial arts! Fantastic people teaching an art that is effective in all defensive situations.
A club that has something for everyone, whether novice or experienced.
Great variety of skills and techniques practiced whether looking for simple self defence or more elaborate martial arts.
Good way to help keep fit and learn self control. Friendly and above all
good fun.
