Programs & Class Schedule
Juniors 7-9 years
For the older student, this class becomes
more physical and challenging. Students
enjoy our varied karate classes,
which keeps students interested.
Adults 10+ years
Our adult program is taught in a friendly
atmosphere. We all work as a team,
helping eachother to acheive our goals.
It's assumed that all new students are
unfit and are taught on that basis.

TAE KWON DO AND KARATE
Many parents ask me what the difference is between Tae kwon do and karate, so I thought I would answer this. TKD is a really great sport!!!
The karate, that we teach is for protection.
We also compete, but understand how sport relates to self protection.
I find that most parents value protection for their child as a priority.
