John Noel Brennan is a mulitple Black Belt Holder.
Mr Brennan has been entered into the LTKK Hall of Fame, and was given the title of UK Instructor of the year 2012. He is a member of English Kenpo Karate Association under Master of the Arts Mr. Andy Fitzgerald 9th Degree Black belt.
Kenpo Karate is the study of Motion based on Rules and Principles and is easy and fun to learn for the whole family. We teach realistic self defence as well as Forms/Kata and sparring. For the adults we also teach breaking boards to increase technique and power.
Mr Brennan also teaches Tae Kwon-Do at a different venue.

Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Brennan's Kenpo Karate Association Hertfordshire:
- Kick Boxing
- Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
- Tae Kwon Do
- Kenpo Karate.
Programs & Class Schedule
Classes at the moment starts from 18:00 pm to 20:00 pm
We will be opening childrens time ASAP starting from 16:30 to 17:15 with a special syllabus which is age appropriate.
We also offer other services:
Conflict Management and Resolution in the work place.
Martial Fitness for those who just want to get fit, loose body fat, increase stamina and core muscle.
Self Defence for Women.
We also teach Tae Kwon-Do to children between the ages of 5years to 18 years at
Westfield Leisure Centre,
toilpits Lane,
Watford.
Friday classes:
Beginners from 17:30 pm to 18:30pm
Seinors from !8:00pm to 19:00pm
