This is a freindly, small club teaching real kung fu. No kickboxing, no tai-ju-wing-golden monkey hybrid just lau fist. Start with basic kicks and punches and blocks up to deep level understanding of kung fu concepts like internal power, 6 harmonies, iron shirt, 8 powers etc.
Great, freindly class, carl really knows his stuff. Lots of good hard training, technique and health stuff. good Kung Fu all the way
