Bude Gojuki Jitsu Ju Jitsu
A Modern & Ancient Art of Self Defence, incorporating elements of Karate, Judo, Thai Boxing, Akido, Grappling and Weapons.
Our main focus is based around self defence, being able to protect yourself if the need arises. We also try to teach the students about discipline and respect as this is all part of modern day life!
This form of Martial Art is good for any level of fitness and available from the age of 5 upwards.

Tuesday Classes
6:45 to 7:45 Beginner to Black Belt (Ages 5 to 14)
7:45 to 9:00 Beginner to Black Belt ( 14 + )
Friday Classes
6:00 to 7:00 Beginner to Orange Belt (Ages 5 to 14)
7:00 to 8:00 Green to Black Belt (Ages 5 to 14)
8:00 to 9:30 Beginner to Black Belt (14 + )
