A relaxed and friendly jujitsu club.It has a no nonsense approach to self defence tactics that deals with the stratagem of maximum effect,minimum effort.
Great practical self defence study which not only teaches self defence but also discipline for young kids and a great confidence booster. Perfect for all ages and abilities you train at a pace that suits you. Friendly atmosphere and a great way to learn skills that can applied in real life as I have had to do myself unfortunately.
