This is a very reputable Martial arts Academy, which teaches self defence with direct techniques in dealing with various attacks. The Academy encourages discipline and self respect whilst maintaining a fun but friendly approach in a family environment. A must for all who wish to participate in self defence, whether a novice or experienced.
