The club has four main coaches with others visiting us regularly. We are proud to be able to offer such a depth of different styles and specialties that would suit most players and cater for everyone's needs.
Gareth Sealey is the founder of the club and its head coach. He holds a Kodokan and British Judo 2nd Dan grade and is currently fighting for his third Dan. Gareth is also qualified up to a British Judo Association's Level 3 standard! Amazing!

Dimitar is currently a brown belt (1st Kyu) and he has recently passed the BJA technical Dan grading examination process. He is now in the process of collecting his competative 1st Dan points. Dimitar also holds a BJA Level 2 licence.
Steve Bailey-John is the club's Secretary. He is a blue belt at present (2nd Kyu) and he is also currently undergoing his training to become a BJA Level 1 coach.
At only 18, Isaac Ashley is the club's youngest coach. From Budokan's youth academy originally, this young talent is currently a blue belt (2nd Kyu). He is now studying to become a BJA Level 1 coach.
