The techniques i have learnt through the classes are unbelievable. The instructor is well experienced delivering a class in which even a new unexperienced member can learn and easily remember. The locks, pressure points and distractions are taught to a high standard in which in a REAL LIFE situation could be used and get away to your families safely.
