Dojo offers classes in Shukokai Karate, kick-boxing and Krav Maga Israeli Self defence.
Our Academy will teach you and your child how to become “the best you can be” through our fun, structured Martial Arts Programs. Our Caring instructor provides expert training in a fun and safe environment to produce positive results.
There are also "Usweat" fitness classes where you can expect extreme results.

Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Evenings as follow :
Monday
4.30- 5.15 pm Little Dragons Karate (4-7 yrs old)
5.15 pm - 6 pm Juniors Karate (8+yrs old)
6 pm - 7 pm Teenagers and Adult Kickboxing
7 pm - 8 pm Teenagers and Adult Krav Maga Israeli Self Defence
8 pm - 9 pm Higher grade Kickboxing ( Brown belt and above)
Tuesday
4 pm - 4.45 pm Kids Karate (white-purple tab)
4.45 pm - 5.30 pm Kids sparring
5.30 pm - 6.15 pm Advanced kids Karate ( brown and above)
6.15 pm - 7 pm Teenagers and Adult Krav Maga Israeli Self Defence
Wednesday
4 pm - 4.45 pm Little Dragons Karate (4-7 yrs old)
4.45 pm - 5.30 pm Juniors Karate (8+ yrs old)
5.30 pm - 6.15 pm Higher grade Junior Karate
