The training is good, the teacher as many years of experience. great place....
A very nice teacher who is well skilled in martial.
He taught me self defence very well.
I learnt speed and power in my attacks.
I developed close range power in my training which is useful for close quarter confrontation
I was taught how to land correctly from throws.
David helped me work on my kicking ability.
I was privileged to take part in a tournament under his instruction.
It was an absolute pleasure to learn from him
