Our classes can be found in the studio in Fitness First Romford every Tuesday (7.45 pm – 9.15 pm) and Wednesday (8.00 pm – 9.30 pm)
Adults only, any experience is welcome.
Trial class is free, membership is £50.
Once a week training is £35/mnth thereafter
Twice a week training is £50/mnth thereafter
