Taekwondo is a dynamic, exciting and effective self-defence system, consisting of blocks, strikes, punches and kicks, that can be learned by everybody from 6-60.
2 FREE CLASSES FOR ALL NEW BEGINNERS
Classes typically consist of fitness exercises, punching and kicking pads, self defence drills, sparring, artistic patterns and stretching, which are all designed to help students progress through the traditional ITF syllabus, from beginner through to Black Belt and beyond.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Bytomic Taekwondo Marlow:
Saturdays 10 am Children 11 am Adult
New beginners welcome
Wednesdays 6.30 pm - 7.15 pm Children 7.15 pm - 8.15 pm Adults
