A supportive, inclusive environment that teaches self discipline and self respect alongside tang soo do. All ages are welcomed, and several classes a week all around Warwickshire. Fun, friendly and great value for money.

Nearly 4. 5 years ago myself and two daughters (then 6&9) joined CKMA. Back then it was about doing something as a family together, as well as all the benefits of doing a martial art. But we got so much more! Made many great friends, had lots of fun and with a strong sense of achievement. Highly recommended to anyone of any age, on there own or as a couple or family.

My son's and I have been attending Meon Vale group twice a week for the last two years. Not only has our confidence grown but we have gained a family. Such a happy and sociable martial arts group, where everyone looks after each other. All this is possible because of our wonderful Master Rossborough and her instructors. Highly recommend.

I joined CKMA 3 years ago with my children and I thoroughly enjoy it. Plenty of events are put on for variety and to compliment our training. From my 3 year olds first class to watching my 12 year progress his way up to black belt, it has benefitted us as a family as well as my own health and fitness

What an amazing way to get fit both physically and mentally as well as bond as a family. We joined CKMA in April 2018 and have have been thoroughly enjoying the sessions! It's a great way to learn Martial Arts and it's suitable for all abilities. Everyone in the class including the higher belts are very supportive.

Our instructor Master Zoe Rossborougb is very approachable and experienced. I would say this a life skill worth learning.

Tang Soo Do 💪👊

Just over 6 years ago, I walked into the training room with my youngest son. I was looking for a fitness activity for him. I watched that first class from the side, saw other parents taking part and thought 'I could do this with him. .how hard can it be?'. Turns out "really hard" is the answer, but don't let that stop you, because you'll be supported every single step of the way.

I've learnt so much, from so many wonderful people and made friends for life. This is a truly welcoming club led by an amazing instructor, with people of all ages and backgrounds involved.

Roll on all these years later and my son and I have progressed to earning our black belts (thanks in no small part to that wonderful instructor and support system I mentioned), attended seminars including ones led by a grand master from the US and a well known karate stunt woman and won medals and trophies in tournaments.

I cannot imagine my life without karate now, and I wouldn't want to.

Being able to train as a family is a total plus in a safe and genuinely caring club.

A well organised, professional organisation and most importantly a friendly club to train in and make new friends. CKMA has children and adults training together which embodies their ethos of a club that promotes “Family Karate” A wonderful place to get fit and learn new skills.

My son started CKMA just over a year ago. He has always struggled with his confidence but watching this change over the year has been fantastic.

He has always been made to feel part of the family and supported by his instructor but also by adults and children of all ages. His instructor has given him the confidence to start to progress though the belts and also the opportunity train with instructors from around the country and world!

He loves CKMA and we love watching the opportunities that open for him.

The instructors passion, encouragement & enthusiasm is incredible.

CKMA are brilliant and work as a family, if a student is struggling the instructor/fellow students will help out.

My son whom gas co ordination problems join this organisation when he was only 6 years old. The instructors has been very good and helpful with him and he is progressing through he’s belts. He enjoys the classes and looks forward to go every time. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and nothing is to much trouble to help. I highly recommend.

We began training with Master Rossborough in January 2018. Our only regret is not joining years ago. Sixteen belts and six tournament medals in little over a year later for a family ranging from 12 to 50 and you could say it's been a success but more than anything else is we love training with the CKMA family. My only warning is that it's addictive!!

I have trained under the instruction of Master Rossborough for over 10 years. At first, I joined with my son for some fitness, but soon fell in love with the history and traditions of Tang Soo Do. As soon as my other son was old enough, he joined too. Over the years, we have all worked hard to gain our ‘black belts’ and more recently, compete in tournaments.

Master Rossborough is an excellent instructor. She is fabulous with young children and especially those with additional needs. However, she is equally as good at supporting adults to leave their comfort zones and push forward.

I can not recommend the club highly enough and I hope that my children and I will still be continuing the art with CKMA for many years to come.

Me and my two teenagers joined CKMA in the summer and are always welcomed, encouraged and motivated every week by Master Rossborough and the more senior students. It’s a family orientated club and and is enjoyed by all ages. It’s a great way to keep fit, to learn self defence and spend time with my children. Every week we are challenged and the classes are always interesting and enjoyable. Master Rossborough somehow always remembers what stage we are at and whether we have any injuries that we need to be careful with. I didn’t intend to start karate with my kids but am so pleased I did as I am really enjoying being part of CKMA Karate.

I joined this organisation as a complete beginner in February this year. I have found them to be a fantastic and welcoming group of people, run by a superb instructor who really knows her stuff! They hold regular seminars and tournaments and constantly encourage you to improve and do your best. As a 'mature' student, I was nervous about joining but I have never felt anything but welcomed and love going to classes. I couldn't recommend this organisation more! I am now hooked! :-)

I train with both my sons and we love this Club. The female Instructor is both highly professional and inspiring. The classes are brilliantly organised and are fun. Our Instructor pushes us to the best of our ability and works very hard to get the best out of all her students. Great fun for all of the family and highly recommended.
