We have been teaching the Brazilian art of Capoeira in the North East of England for 30 years and have recently started a class in North Shields.
Capoeira blends martial arts, dance, music, game and fitness into a fun, full body workout.
Classes are suitable for age 16+ and no prior experience is needed.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Capoeira - Group Senzala:
Every Thursday, 7.30-8.30 pm
Ages 16+
Wear loose fitting clothing (gym wear etc), and bring water.
You can choose to train barefoot or wear shoes.
No need to book in advance and the first class is FREE (£6.50 a session afterwards)
