2000 year old traditional Korean martial art, learn something that will benefit you for the rest of your life, ideal for men and women (oldest Black belt is 62).
This is not a sport although we do have competitions for those who wish it, we have classes in the following areas:

Monday Ebbw Vale Leisure centre 2nd Dan Instructor
Monday Llantarnam Comp, Llantarnam Rd, Cwmbran 6th Dan Instructor
Wednesday Salisbury Community Centre, Govilon 2nd Dan Instructor
Wednesday Salvation Army Hall, Glebeland Place Merthyr 6th Dan Instructor
Thursday Malpas Community Centre, Malpas, Newport 6th Dan Instructor
Thursday Glyn Coed Centre, Ebbw Vale 2nd Dan Instructor
Friday Pontprennau Community centre, Cardiff 6th Dan Instructor
All instructors are CRB checked, First Aid qualified and certified Instructors.
