The main instructor Alain Pozo is an excellent blackbelt with a depth of knowledge and lots of experience from training and competing around the world. I like the friendly atmosphere at the gym and think the instruction is top class. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a lifestyle, and I think you need to experience learning under a real Brazilian instructor to really understand that. I started my training under an inexperienced blue belt, and this is a different world.
