Cayton karate is a traditional Shotokan karate club established in 1991 that offers classes that cater for all abilities and age groups starting from 7 years old.
We are a fun and exciting club, promoting fitness, self discipline and improving self esteem. You don't need to be fast, fit or flexible nor do you need any special clothing, just turn up in something comfortable at any of our sessions and you will be made to feel welcome.
Cayton is affiliated to the Karate Union of Great Britain (KUGB), Britain's largest, longest-established and most successful single-style karate association. Our membership gives us access to some of the most experienced instructors in the world who are always happy to help and run regular master classes for all students.
