Chan academy of Martial Arts is a friendly school with a knowledgeable instructor who has years of experience. It has a relaxed atmosphere and offers training for almost all ages.
They provide a wide range of martial arts which is good for beginners and the more advanced student.
I highly recommend for someone looking for fitness and or martial arts in Cheshire or Wirral.
As a disabled woman it's been tricky to get into martial arts have maintained progress, but Chan Academy has allowed me to do that - instructor is very knowledgeable, and cultivates a fantastic environment. Lots of sessions on offer focusing on different areas/ability. I couldn't recommend this place more, for any ability level from beginner to pro.
