Our team of experienced instructors teach from experience within a cross section of the martial arts .
Our system is suitable and welcoming for ladies and gents of all ages and abilities .
We are non profit meaning we only cover the cost of running our club , all instructors teach free of charge .
No memberships or subscriptions, we cover all insurance cost, we cover all orgnaisational costs .
All you pay is to training .... First lesson is free then only £5 per class
