Sensei Neil Mann and the Chase instructors teach excellent quality karate to a high standard. Fellow students of all ages are friendly and willing to help lower grades. Classes start with a workout and stretching, followed by technical karate instruction and practical self defence lessons. All of the instructors are experienced, friendly and teach in a professional manner. All training venues (dojos) are pleasant, clean and spacious. Lessons are held in Poole, Bournemouth and Verwood throughout the week, enabling students with a busy lifestyle to attend regularly; full details available at www. chasekarateclubs. co. uk.

I’ve known Sensei Neil Mann since 1994 and gained my black belt in 1998. Today he’s still the best instructors I’ve come across with top quality teaching if you want to be pushed he will push you to your limit. Not just him but also his other instructors in the club. I have travelled a lot and been to so many clubs. I’ll always return to Sensei Neil’s club and meet old faces and new faces that has always being grown on my return. Chase Karate Club is the best. Highly recommend. Have a try or If your in town as a guest you will be welcome and share stories. Look forward to seeing you.

Three reasons to train with Chase Shotokan Karate Clubs

If you are interested in learning Karate then I recommend this club.

Why? Easy, three reasons:

1. Superb instruction. Sensei Neil structures classes so that everyone learns, everyone is involved, no matter what colour belt or personal capability. His experience makes that possible every single class.

2. Value for money. The club operates in multiple locations proving 4 classes every week. With 30 minutes of warm up before 60 minutes of Karate instruction, 90 minutes in the Sunday class.

3. You will have fun. The club members are welcoming and family friendly. This makes such a difference and creates the right atmosphere for learning Karate whilst having lots of fun in the process.
