Sensei Neil Mann and the Chase instructors teach excellent quality karate to a high standard. Fellow students of all ages are friendly and willing to help lower grades. Classes start with a workout and stretching, followed by technical karate instruction and practical self defence lessons. All of the instructors are experienced, friendly and teach in a professional manner. All training venues (dojos) are pleasant, clean and spacious. Lessons are held in Poole, Bournemouth and Verwood throughout the week, enabling students with a busy lifestyle to attend regularly; full details available at www. chasekarateclubs. co. uk.

My son has been attending the club since he was 5. He has progressed through the belts at a steady pace and has always felt at ease with the instructor and the way of teaching. Would highly recommend this club for both children and adults. Not only is this karate but also an excellent way for complete fitness & also self defence!

Chase Shotokan Karate Club is a really first class club, and organisation, and is a great place to learn or improve your karate.
Karate is a great way to get fit and learn self defence and develop as a person. Chase Shotokan Karate Club offers numerous classes every week and excellent instruction through extremely knowledgable instructors under the watchful eye of a chief instructor with over 40 years of experience.
Highly recommended!
Karate and self defence taught in a friendly, safe and disciplined way, each student is encouraged to progress through an age old traditional proven syllabus and monitored every step of the way.
Unlike many clubs the Chief Instructor teaches every class and has over 50 years experience and holds a 6th dan in Shotokan Karate, other senior Dan grades are always present to assist so every student gets the attention they need to perfect and understand this effective martial art.
No need to take my word for it come and try a free introductory class in one of our clean safe well lite and air conditioned training halls.
