Chelmsford Karate Club
Chelmsford Karate Club practice traditional Okinawan Goju-Ryu, which focuses on effective close-quarters fighting. We enjoy tournaments, but believe that the true heart of karate is self defense. Karate is for everyone and you are never too old. We teach students of all ages, male and female. Beginners are always welcome, as are students from other associations.
You do not need to have a good level of fitness when you start. Our training is built around the abilities of the individual. The club is a friendly, positive place to train. We respect and encourage each other.
