I've been training there for over 10 years and love it! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to keep fit, wants to be social and wants to learn self-defence.

Fun relaxed training without compromising high levels of knowledge and expertise. Covers all aspects including self-defence, fitness, competitions and grading. Would fully recommend to all aged and fitness levels.

Started by taking my son, who really enjoys it. Discipline, self defence, fun and exercise so I joined as well . . been going 5 years now and still enjoying it . . thoroughly recommend.
