Chiltern Jiu Jitsu

Not-for-profit club providing training in Shorinjikan Jiu Jitsu as governed by The Jiu Jitsu Foundation. Shorinjikan Jiu Jitsu is a modern formof traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu and is a defensive martial art which utilises locking, throwing and striking and use an aggressors momentum against them.

Regular training in Jiu Jitsu provides improved: strength, fitness, co-ordination, concentration, confidence, self-discipline and posture. It also develops leadership and assertiveness.

Our instructor has been studying Shorinijikan Jiu Jitsu for over 25 years and an instructor mandated by The Jiu Jitsu Foundation for 18 years.
