Chiltern Self Defence provides a unique and complementary fusion of fitness and reaction speed (kickboxing), martial art (harmony and forms) and very practical self-defence (fluid forms) - focused, unlike so many other self-defence offers, on the fact that an aggressor is likely to be stronger than the defender and an attack is likely to be dynamic and ongoing.
