Choi Kwang Do is a family friendly martial art. The sequential flow of the techniques have been optimised using the body's natural biodynamic movements to provide a safe and effective self defence system.
Master Thomas has over 25 yrs experience teaching a range of students in age (4 yrs-74 yrs) and abilities. She leads an enthusiastic team of instructors who believe in providing a safe and fun place to train whilst developing various skills and discipline.

Friday 20:00 - 21:00 Adult class (14yrs+)
